What is the deadline for making an ONLINE exchange or refund?
• The deadline for any return or exchange is 5 days from the date of receiving the purchase.
• Items must be returned unused, with the original tags, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
• Balbinaconceptstore.com reserves the right to reject returns sent outside the specified period, or garments that are not in the same condition as received (with signs of use, makeup, animal hair, deodorant, perfume, among others). The return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Do I have to pay anything to request an ONLINE exchange or refund?
• Yes, when making an exchange or return, you will be charged for the prepaid FedEx label that we will send you. Alternatively, you can go directly to a courier and pay for the label yourself.
How can I make an ONLINE exchange or refund?
• Contact us at admin@balbina.com.mx, and through that means, we can assist you with the exchange or return.
• In the case of an exchange, it would be the same process, and once we receive the package, we will send you the desired product back, or if you prefer, a gift card with the value of your purchase for use online or in-store.
When will I receive a refund for my ONLINE purchase?
• You will receive the refund via the same payment method used for your purchase within an estimated timeframe of 10-15 days, depending on your bank. Please note that products labeled as SALE are not eligible for exchanges or returns, and swimwear or underwear cannot be exchanged or returned."
