Balbina Concept Store has no return policy. However, you may exchange your purchase for another item of the same or lower value than the own being exchanged or return your purchase for a credit valid for 6 months.

EXCHANGES

The exchange policy lasts 2 days after the day the item was received. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 2 days after its delivery

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at balbina.conceptstore@gmail.com and send your item to: Avenida Prado Norte 439, Lomas - Virreyes, Lomas de Chapultepec V Secc, Ciudad de México, DIF, 11000, Mexico.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


STORE CREDIT

You may choose to return your purchase in within 2 days of receiving it in exchange of a store credit valid for the following 6 months. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then you will receive a unique code with the value of your order. The code with expire 6 months after it was provided.
